Some factors that may cause chronic insomnia are pain, anxiety, stress and depression.

It is quite usual, as said earlier for children to go through insomnia on certain occasions, especially due to changes or sudden adjustments in their lifestyles. You will also find that curing insomnia is easy if you but find the cause of it, administer the appropriate medication and also give ample assurance to the child.
